Archbishop Hebda celebrates 10th anniversary with Cathedral Mass

On May 13, Archbishop Bernard Hebda celebrated a Mass commemorating his 10th anniversary on the feast of Our Lady of Fatima. Mass was held at the Cathedral of St. Paul in St. Paul where he was installed 10 years ago.
