His Excellency, the Most Reverend Bernard Hebda, has announced the following appointment in the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis:

Effective November 13, 2015

Deacon Peter Loving, appointed to exercise the ministry of a permanent deacon at the Church of the Assumption in Richfield. Deacon Loving is a deacon of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston, Texas.
