‘Now just watch to see what I will do’

Annunciation Church memorials

The Catholic Spirit has been covering the deadly shooting at Annunciation church during an Aug. 27 all-school Mass since the day it happened. Coverage about the Catholic community’s response to this tragedy continues. As Father Dennis Zehren, the pastor of Annunciation, said in his homily Aug. 30 during the first parish Mass after the shooting:

“We watch for that light because when the forces of darkness and sin and evil and death have done its worst, that’s when God says, ‘Now just watch to see what I will do.’
