Archbishop Bernard Hebda has announced the following appointments in the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis:

Effective June 26, 2025

Deacon Alexander Hall, assigned to exercise the ministry of a deacon at the Church of Saint John Neumann in Eagan.

Effective July 1, 2025

Reverend Michael Daly, granted a one year leave to discern a vocation to consecrated life. Father Daly previously served as parochial vicar of the Church of Saint Michael in Saint Michael.

Reverend Dida Wariyo Damicha, C.S.Sp., assigned as part-time parochial vicar of the Church of Saint Raphael in Crystal. Father Damicha is a priest of the Congregation of the Holy Spirit.

Reverend Robert Dow, FSSP, granted faculties of the archdiocese and assigned as parochial vicar of the Church of All Saints in Minneapolis. Father Dow is a priest of the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Peter.

Deacon Joseph Michalak, assigned to exercise the ministry of a deacon at the Cathedral of Saint Paul in Saint Paul. This is a transfer from his current assignment at the Little Sisters of the Poor in Saint Paul.

Reverend William Murtaugh, granted the status of a retired priest. Father Murtaugh was ordained in 1972 and incardinated into the Archdiocese in 1987. He has served the archdiocese since his arrival in 1982, most recently at the Church of Pax Christi in Eden Prairie.

Effective August 1, 2025

Reverend Michael Panka, assigned as parochial vicar of the Church of Saint Odilia in Shoreview. This is a transfer from his current assignment as parochial vicar of the Church of Saint Stephen in Anoka.

Effective August 8, 2025

Reverend Giovanni Fasani, F.S.C.B., granted faculties of the archdiocese and assigned as parochial vicar of the Church of Saint Peter in North Saint Paul. Father Fasani is a priest of the Priestly Fraternity of the Missionaries of Saint Charles Borromeo.
