The annual event, sponsored by the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis’ Office of Latino Ministry, kicked off with Mass celebrated by Bishop Andrew Cozzens, along with other priests, including Father Kevin Kenney, pastor of Our Lady of Guadalupe in St. Paul and vicar for Latino Ministry in the archdiocese.
