The Highland LifeCare Center will hold a fundraising banquet for supporters of the organization from 6 to 9 p.m. Oct. 30 at Lumen Christi in St. Paul. Located on Ford Parkway in St. Paul since 2008, the Highland LifeCare Center is a pregnancy resource center that offers free, confidential services like ultrasounds, pregnancy tests and counseling. In 2009, it served 1,517 clients.
The center, which began serving the community in 2000, celebrates its 10th anniversary this month.
