The Catholic Spirit

What’s thought to be the first-ever annual report on Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis has been published and was distributed for the first time Aug. 9 at the annual Opening Leadership Day for principals and pastors.

The eight-page booklet is among the first collaborative efforts of the archdiocesan schools team and the  archdiocesan Communications Office.

Catholic schools Superintendent Marty Frauenheim said the report was conceived “to tell our story to all our stakeholders and to share all the good things happening in our Catholic schools.”

You can read the report here.

At the leadership day, Director of Communications Sarah Mealey brought school leaders up to date on the vision and mission of the newly restructured Communications Office. Mealey explained that the annual report — with all the graphic composition and printing being done in-house by archdiocesan Communications team staff — was an example of the way her office intends to serve ministries of the archdiocese, which she referred to as the team’s “clients.”
