Little Sisters’ St. Jeanne Jugan Award dinner

The Little Sisters of the Poor will host their annual St. Jeanne Jugan Award dinner Sept. 27 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, St. Paul.

Bishop Richard Pates, bishop of the Diocese of DesMoines, Iowa, and former auxiliary bishop of St. Paul and Minneapolis, and Ray Faricy, an attorney who has helped the sisters over the years, will be honored for their dedication to the Little Sisters.

The event begins at 5:30 p.m. with a reception, followed by dinner, program and live auction. Cost is $135 per person or $250 for two people. Call (651) 227-0336 for reservations. The sisters will use the proceeds to purchase a new generator.
