“Unforgettable: Remembering Nat King Cole and the Early Civil Rights Movement,” a concert featuring Dennis Spears, will be presented at 7 p.m. Jan. 20 at St. Joan of Arc in Minneapolis.
Spears has studied and performed Nat King Cole — both the man and his music — for nearly 20 years.
Hosted by Dan Chouinard and accompanied by a jazz trio, the show also will feature a combined choir of singers from St. Joan of Arc parish and Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church in North Minneapolis.
