The first of eight meetings for parishioners to share their ideas and concerns regarding the future of the archdiocese will take place from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, at St. Richard in Richfield.
The archdiocese is seeking input on how best to manage pastoral, financial, personnel and structural resources.
At the end of the planning process in mid-2010, the archdiocesan Strategic Task Force for Parish and School Planning will present its recommendations, based in part on planning session participants’ suggestions, to Archbishop John Nienstedt.
