As the Feb. 18-19 announcement weekend approaches for the 2012 Catholic Services Appeal, The Catholic Spirit will be spotlighting various ministries supported by the CSA. This edition focuses on the pro-life efforts and other ministries of the archdiocesan Office of Marriage, Family and Life.
Just as the Catholic Services Appeal sent out its end-of-the-year mailing, Archbishop John Nienstedt announced that the Appeal had surpassed its 2011 goal of $9.3 million.
Two more parishes have exceeded their 2011 Catholic Services Appeal goal, bringing the total number of parishes over goal to 92. The CSA has currently raised more than $9.5 million to help those most in need within this archdiocese.
Four more parishes have now exceeded their 2011 Catholic Services Appeal goal, bringing the total to 86 parishes that have now surpassed their CSA goals.
An additional seven parishes have now exceeded their 2011 Catholic Services Appeal goal. The addition of the seven parishes now brings a total of 82 parishes over their 2011 CSA goal.
Six additional parishes have exceeded their 2011 Catholic Services Appeal goal, bringing the total number of parishes over goal to 75. The CSA has currently raised more than $8.8 million to help those most in need in the archdiocese.
